GTA V ENHANCED (the application was unable to start correctly) (0×00009a)+RUNE_64.DLL file missing solution

HELLO GUYS,

If you face such problem in your game then don't worry I have a solution for it. 

"I am showing you the photo so that it is easy for you to understand ☺️"

So I will tell you how to solve it, you will understand it step by step. 

Step 1 ( open GTA V file location)

This photo shown below is a problem with this game, so to fix it you have to open the file location of GTA V.

 

Step 2 (Download the main file !)

Don't worry, you will get the file from the link given by me.

So download it and then we will tell you what to do. 

Step 3(open the downloaded file )

So open the file that you have downloaded,open the main file location of our GTA 5,

 keep both of them together.

I know that the screenshots are not accurate but still if you are not able to understand then watch my video on YouTube, even if no one is doubtful. 

Step 4(Turn of windows security)

So when we copy paste, some files become sensitive during this, what will happen if the window security will delete it without permission, so turn it off. 

Turn off the window security 

Step 5(copy& paste)

When it turns off, paste the downloaded file in the game file location. 

Step 5 (how to open game "gta5")

 After copying and pasting, it will tell you how to open the game, so to open it we have to click on playGTAV.EXE

So I want to say the same thing, turn off window security before playing GTA V.
